General Membership Information
Thank for your interest in joining SWYC! Here is some important information about membership:
Applications are submitted to the club and must include full payment per the schedule below. The Board vote on acceptance is then held at the next scheduled board meeting. New member applicants are then notified and officially welcomed into the club at the next monthly member event.
A sponsoring club member is required for all applicants. If you don't already know a club member, we are sure you will find a sponsor if you attend a club meeting or event!
Membership application fee (includes club burgee, name badges & 2 decals): $100
Annual Dues:
Family Membership (2 adults/1 vote) $100**
Single Membership $ 75**
**First year dues are $75 after July 1, and $50 after Oct 1 for a couple; $50 and $25 respectively for Singles
All prospective members must sign their application, indicating that they agree to abide by the governing rules and by-laws of SWYC. You can review them right here on our website.
How to Apply
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to apply, so choose the method that suits you:
Option 1: Submit a completed APPLICATION FORM (a fillable Adobe PDF file). Most browsers will allow you to complete the form while it’s open in the browser. It’s permissible to use a digital signature to sign the application if you’d like; otherwise the signature can be applied later. If you run into problems, you can always save the file to your hard drive and open directly with Adobe Reader or another PDF reader.
Complete and sign the form and mail it in together with the application fee and appropriate annual dues.
